Change Station Options
- 30 Second Change Station CD© is intended to be used in the same way as your current CD.
- 35 Second Change Station CD© can be used for a more intense workout for your members. This will lengthen the time they spend on the circuit, so this works well for those clubs with 8-9 machines or on those slower days in the larger clubs.
- 30 Second Double Back CD© can be played on a continuous basis just as you would use your other CD’s. With this CD the members will move forward 1, forward 1, then Back 1 station. They will only go around the circuit 1 time but will workout at each station 3 times. Take the number of machines you have and multiply that by 3 to get the total time for each member to complete the circuit once. 16 stations (8 machines) = 24 minutes one time around the circuit 20 stations (10 machines) = 30 minutes one time around the circuit
- 35 Second Double Back CD© again can be played on a continuous basis as the CD above. This will lengthen the workout a little due to the extra 5 seconds spent on each station. This is a more intense workout.
- 30 Second Triple Back CD© With this CD the members will move forward 1, forward 1, forward 1, then Back 1 station. They will be working out on each machine twice as they go around therefore you simply double the normal time around the circuit. 24 stations (12 machines) = 24 minutes one time around the circuit
